Sparky, Through the Eyes of EOS (Copyright © 2006 B Kahuna)
PANADURA, Sri Lanka -- Sparky poses for Kahuna mucking about with his new camera. The Eyes of EOS have been declared to be highly disturbing, and not merely from the perspective of Kahuna's bank manager.
Captured on 13th May 2006 with a Canon EOS 30D (EF 75-300mm 1:4-5.6 III) on aperture priority (f/4.5) and a resulting shutter speed of 1/100th of a second.
You've stumbled upon the Circus. Here be dragons. No, wait. Here be large clowns including Kahuna, St Vandoofus, Professor Gordon, Darth Teddy, Bartus Maximus, the Baron and Baroness, the Monster, Timmy, the Cookie Monster, Fluke, Huggles, Her Royal Highness, the Cheese Justice, the Admiral and the Genie. These are works of utter buffoonery punctuated by digital photography. If the Surgeon General hasn't already cautioned of the dangers of excessive laughter, there's not a moment to loose!
Funny ... doesn't look any different from the the pictures taken from your other very expensive camera ...but then what do I know ... :P
ReplyDeleteIf you persist in making this type of low-resolution comments, I will thump you with a zoom lens X-(
ReplyDeleteBy the way, this is the one that thinks its a surgeon X-(
ReplyDeleteHowever according to the sales person I believe you are supposed to go to a gym for a significant period of time before you are able to handle that lens ... and I heard a rumour that Power World is offering large discounts to the permanently unfit ...
ReplyDeleteThis is required to keep the lens steady, not to thump you with it. You are in no position to make comments regarding fitness, however.
ReplyDeleteOn the contrary ... my positions are the main reason I can safely comment on my fitness ... ROTFLOL +++
ReplyDeleteAnd you seaid you were going to thump [attempt] me with a lens bird brain ...
ReplyDeleteGiven the size of the lens, you should be concerned :-p
ReplyDeleteThanks for comments, Craig! Heh heh, the 30D is pretty neat. It's been disturbing a lot of people including Darth Teddy :-) It responds very fast and wakes up from sleep instantaneously. Of course, this comes in handy for the highly defamatory kinds of photographs I like to take. Ask Teddy for details :-)
